One2 One or personal training with Rachel is the fastest way to meet your goals because your training program will be devised for you based on your level of fitness and your hormonal type. Rachel will begin by taking site measurements of your body fat and from there she will devise and take you through your program. Bodyfat is a far better indicator of your progress than the scales because in order to tone, you need to build some muscle(not bulk unless that's your aim) and muscle is more dense than fat. These measurements will be taken at regular intervals to monitor your progress and to keep you motivated.
